The Challenge Of Project

  • Over 302 design packages required structured tracking across multiple approval stages with no unified system

  • External and internal design review comments had no centralised recording, tracking, or resolution workflow

  • Design comments needed to remain accessible beyond the D&C phase to support a 25-year O&M term

  • Monthly KPI reporting was produced manually, with no automated collection or calculation tied to review activity

  • Document management across hundreds of packages and thousands of review stages relied on manual hand-offs between teams

The Solution

To support effective design review management and operational excellence, ZAP designed, developed, and implemented DRMS—an integrated web-based platform tailored to the needs of O&M Services teams. In use from November 2022 to December 2024, DRMS provided a secure, centralised environment to manage packages, stages, review comments, workflows, and reporting in one place.
